The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a quirky design that added to the charm. the house was well equipped with all the essentials, including a generous supply of coffee. the rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax in the sunshine, and the communal garden was beautifully maintained.
Some minor maintenance issues needed attention, such as loose loo roll holders and a slow-draining bathroom basin.

The living room in our unit was so cozy, with a big flat-screen TV for movie nights and comfy sofas to lounge on. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and it even had a dishwasher! I loved how spacious and modern everything looked, it felt like a home away from home. And let's not forget about the two bathrooms with showers - no more waiting in line when getting ready in the morning!
To be honest, the only thing I didn't love was the lack of a bathtub. But hey, that's just my personal preference, others might still find the showers enjoyable.

Very good value with lovely touches of dishwasher tablets, tea and coffee, Netflix. Excellent location, walking distance to both Hove and Brighton centers and a few minutes walk to the beach. There are lots of restaurants on Western road. We didn't need to move the car from the very handy parking space, just outside the house. Very spacious rooms, we loved the quirky design of the building. As well as four bedrooms, there is an office area with lots of wardrobe space. Two decent bathrooms, plus an additional toilet. Modern and clean throughout. We loved having outside space, both the lovely communal garden and the private roof terrace.

Comfortable Living Room: The living room in this holiday home is like a cozy oasis, with a flat-screen TV that provided the perfect entertainment after a long day of exploring Brighton. It was so comfortable, it made me feel like I was lounging in my own private cinema!
Tight Car Park Space: The only minor issue was the tight car park space. It was a little challenging to navigate when cars were parked behind and in front of mine.

The unit at Luxury At The Brunswick was absolutely amazing! The living room was so cozy, with a flat-screen TV to chill and watch my favorite shows. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and oven, so I could easily cook my delicious veggie meals.
Personally, I found the showers in the two bathrooms a bit small, but hey, that's just me! Others may not mind it at all.

Had the most amazing Xmas break in this stunning house! Loved the modern and stylish design, and the fact that it had free parking was a huge bonus. The location was perfect, with both the town centers of Hove and Brighton within walking distance, as well as the beach. The house was spacious and clean, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We also enjoyed the private roof terrace, which was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The only downside was the noise from the pub opposite, which could be a bit disruptive at times. It would have been nice to have more wine glasses, as there weren't enough for everyone and some were cracked.
